1. Account Terms

2. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this, including but not limited to accounts that have not been used, dissatisfaction with the Service, or early cancellation.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of price changes.
- Downgrading your plan may result in loss of content, features, or capacity.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3. Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
- TIKAJ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
- TIKAJ may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
4. Modifications to the Service
TIKAJ reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. TIKAJ shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
5. Copyright and Content Ownership
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the TIKAJ platform are the property of TIKAJ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You retain ownership of data and content you upload to the Service.
- By uploading content, you grant TIKAJ a license to use it solely to provide the Service.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.
- TIKAJ respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TIKAJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
